Kenneth Hultgren is one of the greatest concept artists ever!
Even though the style of cartoons has changed a lot and always finds new designs to enhance the infinite possibilities that technology offers, I believe that Hultgren's is still the sweetest and most expressive, never uniform or predictable, personal and recognizable like the immortal Disney masterpieces he brought to life.
